Google introduces Genie 4
Google DeepMind has introduced Genie 4, a new model capable of creating interactive virtual worlds.
As the user moves through the environment, the model autonomously generates:
- surroundings;
- graphics;
- physics;
- music;
- dialogue.
The system preserves the state of the virtual world from frame to frame, making the environment coherent and interactive.
For now, Genie 4 is available only through closed beta testing.
Why it matters
AnalysisGenie 4 points to the development of dynamic world models that could reshape games, simulations and learning environments in real time.
