From burnout to automation. Freedom to build.
GotBurnout is an independent engineering hub and navigator in the world of applied artificial intelligence. We cut through corporate marketing noise and benchmark real-world capabilities of Claude, Gemini, GPT, DeepSeek, and GLM in battle conditions, turning AI into a reliable autonomous teammate for daily development.

Why «GotBurnout»?
Engineer burnout rarely comes from tackling difficult challenges. It creeps in when 80% of your day is consumed by tedious routine: syntax noise, repetitive boilerplate, fighting brittle dependencies, and searching for working API setups across outdated docs.
The breakthrough of frontier systems — Claude, Gemini, GPT, DeepSeek, and GLM — paired with autonomous agent frameworks has fundamentally shifted engineering. Architectural systems that once demanded weeks of manual coding can now be defined via precise specifications in hours.
GotBurnout was created to bring back the joy of building, sharp focus, and time for life. Zero theoretical fluff or vendor marketing — strictly production experience: hardened cloud VPS setups, ready-to-run agent skills, honest token economics, and battle-tested model evaluations.
Four Engineering Principles
The foundation guiding every guide, benchmark, and agentic tool on the platform
1. No paid placements
No AI lab or vendor can buy a position in our rankings. Tier list standings for Claude, Gemini, GPT, DeepSeek, and GLM are driven strictly by open community benchmarks (LiveCodeBench, LMSYS, Artificial Analysis) and daily stress tests on production codebases.
2. Practice over hype
We don't care about synthetic scores on trivia quizzes. The true benchmark is working code generation, precise Tool Calling, clean Git history handling, and the stamina to fix subtle race conditions in production.
3. Open core, deeper mastery
Daily tier list updates, dynamic benchmarks, the 101k+ agent skill catalog, and core guides remain free and open to everyone. Paid tiers and donations simply cover server overhead and unlock advanced engineering courses, a private community, and specialized toolkits.
4. Local control and privacy
We champion the Local First philosophy and dedicated self-hosted VPS environments. Your source code, engineering know-how, and proprietary insights must belong to you, rather than fueling corporate training datasets without your consent.
Platform Architecture & Tech Stack
GotBurnout is engineered for lightning-fast latency, resilience, and autonomy without bloated external dependencies
Core & Runtime
Next.js 16 (Turbopack), React 19, and strict TypeScript 5. Server Components deliver near-zero client runtime footprint.
Data & Local-First
Embedded SQLite (better-sqlite3) with sub-millisecond queries, SQLite FTS5 index across 101k+ skills, and Cloudflare R2 storage.
UI & Accessibility
Tailwind CSS v4, headless accessible Radix UI primitives, and a tactile keyboard-first cmdk (⌘K Omnibar).
Reliability & Testing
Strict schema validation with Zod, native 4-locale i18n via next-intl, and 1,760+ automated Vitest suites.
Want to support the platform?
GotBurnout grows as an independent project driven by its author and community. If our benchmarks, security guides, or agent skills saved you workweeks and kept burnout at bay — feel free to buy the author a coffee or support server infrastructure.
