The Grok 4.6 model is now available to users. It has become significantly stronger than Grok 4.5 while maintaining the same price point. According to testing by xAI, Grok 4.6 achieved a score of 61 in the AA Intelligence Index, matching GPT-5.6 Sol. In tests such as CursorBench, FrontierCode, and AA-Briefcase, the new model even surpassed its competitors.
The pricing for Grok 4.6 is significantly lower than other leading models, at just $2 per million input tokens and $6 per million output tokens.
The model is already available in Grok Build, Cursor, Grok Bot, and via API. During the first week, users of Cursor and Grok Build are given double limits.
