OpenCode adds Browse: AI agents can control your real browser

OpenCode has introduced Browse, a feature that lets an AI agent control your real browser.
The agent does not work in a separate browser instance. It operates directly in the browser you already use, with open tabs, authorized accounts, and installed extensions.
At the same time, OpenCode temporarily made the new Inkling 2 Small model free. The developers opened access for a limited period to collect more data and continue improving the model.
Why it matters
AnalysisThis moves AI agents closer to real-world browsing workflows, where convenience and automation come with stronger security and privacy responsibilities. The temporary free model also shows how AI tools gather usage data to refine future releases.
